September Junk Journal Club

The September Chico Junk Journal Club session is going to be a bit different and hopefully much larger! We are excited to have reserved Children's Park for an End of Summer Picnic. 🧺🥪🥐🌿🦋

📅 Date: Sunday, September 6th, 2026
⏰ Time: 4:30 - 7:30PM
📍 Location: Children’s Park, Downtown Chico

***Important to note that this will take place on Labor Day Weekend.

🎨 All supplies (except journals) are provided, but we encourage bringing any of your own supplies to make your spreads uniquely yours!

This Crafty Session Will Include New Elements Like:

🧺 Picnic style seating fitted with blankets, low tables, and pillows. If for any reason you need a traditional table seating style, please email us at [email protected]. We would be happy to reserve your seating ahead of time.

🥐 Vendors selling food and drink, including Love Bird Coffee! Bring a picnic lunch/dinner or purchase at the event. Accompanying them will also be stationary vendors selling stickers, decorative paper, trinkets, plants, flowers, etc.

🪩 Live DJ: Amayita will be bringing tunes throughout the length of the event so that anyone who wants to get up and dance can enjoy the soft grass beneath their feet.

🦋 Complimentary raffle entry: Each ticket holder will receive 2 ticket stubs to put towards the prizes of their choice. Every 30 minutes we will be drawing a ticket and giving away prizes like pens, sticker sheets, trinkets, and more.
