Hello and Welcome!
Chico Junk Journal Club began in early 2025 at the Chico Women’s Club as a cozy space for creativity, connection, and a little organized chaos. What started as a small gathering of paper lovers has grown into a welcoming community of makers—and in 2026, we’re excited to expand into new venues and host meetups at least once a month.
Our events are open to all ages (unless noted otherwise) and centered around slowing down, getting creative, and making meaningful connections. Whether you’re brand new to junk journaling or a longtime paper hoarder, you’re always welcome here.
We love collaborating with local businesses and creatives, and through our mini market series, members can discover and support artists, makers, and small shops throughout Chico.
